Is the license really a one-time payment?
Yes. The license and modules are paid once. Only the support and updates package is annual, and it is optional to renew.
What happens if we stop renewing support?
Your license stays valid and you keep using the versions you already received. Updates and support stop until you renew.
Can we add learners or modules later?
Yes. Configure a new quote for the extra learner tier or modules. Your existing license stays in place.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer in USD against an invoice. We do not take card payments. We never change our bank details by email alone.
Can we run a pilot first?
Yes. We can start with a scoped pilot on a single program before a full rollout.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We process personal data in line with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement as part of every order.
